ph365vip Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

• Player request for self-exclusion

If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance in your account may be withheld pending investigation. Where balances are legitimately due and the account closure is not the result of fraud or Terms violation, ph365vip will return cleared funds to you via a verified payment method.
